HAAS FAMILY HOT DOG GOULASH

Ingredients

2 lbs of potatoes cut into small pieces
Hot dogs (1 lb)
2 big onions cut into small slices
1 or 2 green peppers cut into small pieces
1 can of tomatoes
Water
Salt
Paprika

Instructions

1) Saute onions in a small amount of oil until golden brown
2) Add water or tomato juice to 1/2 height of ingredients in pan
3) Boil at high temperature for a few minutes, then reduce to simmer until potatoes are soft
4) Add hot dogs (2 per person, cut into bite size pieces)
5) Boil for 10 to 15 minutes more


NOTE: Jim's wife Kas whipped up a batch of this the other day using red potatoes and brats...
