OUR DINNER TONIGHT: CHILI CHEESE DOG BURRITOS

THE PARTICULARS:


Large flour tortilla
Lightly boiled Nathan's hot dog cut into quarter inch slices
Our home made chili (the recipe is on our web site)
A generous amount of finely shredded Colby-Longhorn Cheddar cheese (cheese the Hell out of it!)
A few chopped purple onions
Wrap it up & grill perfectly on both sides (until it's nicely browned & the cheese melts properly)
Plate it, slice it in half & serve
It's scrummy!
