Host Jeffrey Saad takes us on a quick tour around the US, stopping off at Coney Island, Chicago and LA.
He gives us a brief history lesson before he visits Vienna Beef, Nathan's and Fab Dogs in Reseda.
Mr. Saad also talks with Janet Reilly of The National Hot Dog & Sausage Council.
Along the way, he tastes a Mexicali Dog, a "Ripper", a Chicago style dog, a Nathan's frank, samples a "Turdoggen" made with pork, beef and duck confit and finishes off with a $70 hot dog featuring 4 forms of truffles (butter, infused oil, etc) and foie gras at Serendipity 3 in NYC...
