ABOUT THE FRANKFURTER CHRONICLES:
The Official Organ of The Hot Dog Hall Of Fame
The Frankfurter Chronicles (The Newsletter with Relish) was established in late 1995, shortly after we got our first PC.
At first, TFC was printed (xeroxed, actually) and mailed to less than 200 people around the country. After a while, it became too cost prohibitive and time consuming (we had approximately 500 readers by then), so we went online only (WeenieGrams, etc), losing more than half of our older, non-computing readers.
That equates to just over 100 issues of TFC and approximately 300 WeenieGrams in slightly less than 15 years; who'd have ever guessed you could write about hot dogs for all that time?
The email version was by invitation only but now, due to a variety of factors, we're moving to Blog World. Please join us as we continue to explore The Wonderful World of Wieners...

OUR MISSION
The Frankfurter Chronicles' goal is to build consensus among our readers and contributors to ultimately allow us to establish a permanent home for our marvelous, world class collection of hot dog art, collectibles, cookware, memorabilia, promotionals, toys, etc, several thousand pieces, maybe more...
The Hot Dog Hall Of Fame is designed to be a combination Hall Of Fame / Museum / Restaurant / Gallery & Gift Shop and will quickly become a local landmark, national treasure & world famous tourist destination.
We also hope to build a database to include all of our research (30 plus years) and to make it available to the public.
