Roger, an alien (got no clue as we don't normally watch this program) has discovered his reason for being sent to Earth. He's "The Decider" and his power is a box of toxic weenies (Death Dogs). There's a hot dog eating contest, a "Weinermobile", (Roger says "This car is an ass magnet"), Roger becomes "The President of throwing out bad weenies" at Hot Dog Haus, a yakking Dachshund and gratuitous CSI Miami impersonation...
